If you are looking to start an online business, there are a few things to put into consideration.

Your Niche : What you are expert in, what you know best or what you enjoying doing most. It does not really matter what. You will be surprised that there are people out there that need your services.

I came to realise my Concierge aspect when I always have  to give well valued opinion on operations and administrative services. Took a mini course and repackaged myself.

All you need to do is take out a pen and jot down your strong and positive points, meditate on them day and night, and believe in yourself. You will be surprise how little else you have to do to discover yourself.

Most likely a passion, a dream of ypurs

2. Survey Your niche :

Find out what the market wants by Polls, etc.

Test Products, Affiliate Products and services, including the ones you developed.

3. Create A Product:

 Affiliate Program, Services, see examples. (HOME PAGE)

4. Define Your Sales Process:

Sales Letter, merchant Account, Autoresponder, etc

5. Create Content:

Articles, Press Release, Blogs, Teleseminars, videos etc

6. Monetisation

7. Generate Traffic

8. Visitors Loyalty

Revisit your business plan and update often.

Evaluate your marketing strategy often.
